Exporting and deleting your data
Getting your records out, and what deletion actually removes.
Taking your data with you
Transactions and reports export as CSV, reports also as PDF, and Settings has a full backup you can download and restore. Do this before you need it — Lumio does not currently keep database backups.
Deleting is immediate
Because there are no backups, deleting a document, a record or your whole account removes it with nothing kept afterwards. That is the strongest version of the promise, and it also means Lumio cannot restore something you delete by mistake.
